In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners - and each other. With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.

**About the role**

We’re looking for a Studio Host to ensure the smooth running of studio operations in Brisbane, helping to deliver culture and curate the experience of every person who uses the space - whether staff member, client, contractor, consultant or guest.

As part of our Business Support Team, you’ll be required to provide ad hoc administrative support from time to time but more importantly you’ll be someone who is supported, challenged and celebrated in your front of house role.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative environment and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude to tasks and responsibilities.

You’ll play a big part in studio culture so you should also be approachable, well presented and have experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders, including employees at all levels, clients and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone with some (or all) of the below traits:

- Is confident enough to engage with all and anyone
- Is cool under pressure
- Has strong logistics skills and can handle event management, travel coordination, project management, supply chain or similar tasks with ease
- Likes to be organised
- Has experience with software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat, Indesign (desirable)
- Has previous facilities management experience and/or reception and/or office administration experience
- Barista skills
