We are Australia's leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with over 9,000 people located across 800 branches globally. As part of the Reece group, Reece Onsite provides products to volume builders for their larger construction projects.

**About the role**

Our newly established National Contracts (NC) team is looking to expand. NC represents all 10 Reece businesses, targeting the Mining industry. Since kicking off the NC team, we have not stopped growing. As we extend our network from Western Australia (WA), Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW) & Queensland (QLD) into South Australia (SA), we now have an exciting new role. You will support the National Contracts management to achieve the company vision and successfully support our strategy to be the trade’s most valuable partner.

**Your day-to-day**

A typical day will involve:

- Answering inquiries from commercial customers
- Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders dispatch
- Deliver prompt responses to customer inquiries on stock availability and technical information
- Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability
- Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and processing and exporting mining orders
- Embracing the Reece values and being a supportive team member

**We’d **love to hear from you if **you’re **someone who**:

- Fantastic attention to detail, friendly personality and great communication skills including written and verbal
- Great organisation and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word & Excel is preferred
- Positive "can do attitude"
- Exposure to SAP Ariba or Coupa is advantageous (but not essential)
