We're seeking a dynamic Head of 1:1 Marketing to revolutionize our direct marketing program. This pivotal role will shape the future of customer engagement, contributing not only to immediate sales but also driving long-term value through digital innovation, omni-channel strategies, and enhanced customer retention.

**What you’ll be doing**:- Optimize current direct marketing activities while envisioning and implementing a roadmap for new digital marketing and CRM capabilities, transforming how Kmart connects with its customers.- Bring together and lead a team of loyalty, direct marketing, and martech experts, and work cross functionally to drive revenue growth, strong returns, and substantial value for loyalty members.- Protect and enhance our customer database asset.- Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate digital product, martech and personalisation enhancements into business-as-usual operations, ensuring continuous improvement in direct marketing capabilities.- Take a leadership role in advancing Kmart's personalization capabilities beyond direct marketing channels, ensuring a seamless and market-leading customer experience.- Accountable for the Kmart direct marketing P&L, co-managing martech capex under transformation projects or other initiatives- Increase customer engagement including frequency, category awareness, extend customer lifetime value and omni-channel penetration.- Exceed partner (OnePass) KPIs.

**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- 10 years hands-on experience in 1:1 direct response marketing, including P&L ownership (contribution to sales), CRM, and ideally loyalty programs.- Demonstrated leadership in driving revenue growth and strong returns through direct marketing initiatives.- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies for growing digital direct marketing and CRM capabilities.- Strong team leadership skills, including the ability to build and grow new teams, work cross-functionally and guide experts and specialists to execute impactful marketing activities.- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional senior leaders.
