**About this Position**:
A Training coordinator manages DNEG training resources and assists with scheduling and planning training activities.The training resources are critical to the success of our artists, production team, and technologists in reaching their full potential by empowering them with the tools and workflows needed to adapt to the global DNEG pipeline. These training resources include the DNEG Learning Management System, Saba Cloud, and our global wiki, DNET.

**Key responsibilities in the Sydney studio**:
As a Training Coordinator, your role encompasses:

- Working closely with the Trainers and Schedule training sessions
- Working closely with allied departments - HR, Facilities, IT, Technology - to ensure a smooth transition into DNEG for all new hires
- Participating in new hire on-boarding
- Creating Learning Management System (LMS) reports for all the departments
- Recording classroom sessions and making it available for reference.
- Publishing and maintaining a weekly training calendar for all the departments.
- Maintaining training room and inventory (flip charts, writing board, stationary etc)
- Generating Training hand-off reports for all department training.

**Required Skills**:

- Degree, Diploma or equivalent education in Animation, Communication, or related Media and Entertainment (M&E) discipline
- Experience/Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), wikis, google suite, image and video editing

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of the Animation and VFX industry
- Content-creation and authoring skills in learning management systems (e.g., moodle, Saba, TalentLMS, Canvas, etc.)

- Calm under pressure and capable of responding to changing deadlines
