**About the role**:
The early childhood educator position actively supervises and ensures the wellbeing of enrolled
children. Develops and maintains positive relationships with families. All activities performed by the
early childhood educator are to be delivered in a way that 'exceeds the education and care services
national quality standards'.

**What you will be doing**:
1. Implement curriculum activities consistent with the Early Years Learning Framework and
complies with the Education and Care Services Regulations.
2. Implement curriculum activities that Exceed the National Quality Standards including
collaboration with families, children and staff.
3. Active participation in maintaining relevant safety standards
4. Maintaining activities within the limits of approved financial budgets
5. Active participation in development of the Centres Quality Improvement Plan

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. First Aid - Education and Care Setting (HLTAID004)
2. First Aid - CPR (HLTAID009)
3. Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
4. Working with Children Check
5. Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

**Position details**:
Fixed Term (6 months) - with the possibility of becoming permanent, Full-Time, ML345, Salary: from
$63K + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up
to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts
