Digital Marketing Coordinator | Retail | Alexandria | 2 days WFH | $70k + super

A well known brand that is known for empowering women. They have a global presence within ANZ and the US. Their head office is based in Alexandria working 2 days from home.

**Your new role**

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your role is multifaceted, encompassing both creative and analytical aspects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting marketing initiatives and editing marketing materials across digital platforms
- Creating and managing mailing lists and EDM's
- Organising, advertising and communicating marketing campaigns across various channels, including, online, social media.
- Market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition to inform strategic decisions
- Initiate and manage surveys to understand customer needs and loyalty
- Reporting on analytics, trends and data
- Supporting optimise SEO, audits, resolving issues and capitalising on opportunities

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Analytical Skills: Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Strategic Thinking: Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools
- Communication and People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Education: A BSc/BA in marketing or business administration is preferred.
