**The Opportunity**

Black Cat Civil are currently seeking experienced **Mechanical/Maintenance Technicians**

**Key Responsibilties**:

- Perform on-site servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs to mobile plant, including heavy earth-moving equipment, trucks, generators, and light vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults and attend machine breakdowns on site.
- Liaise with the Fleet Manager and/or Workshop Supervisor to diagnose faults and coordinate parts.
- Assist with site mobilisation and demobilisation of machines as required

**Key Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Knowledge and experience working on Caterpillar earthmoving equipment.
- Current Drivers Licence and High Risk Forklift licence.
- Formal qualification, or equivalent mechanical trade.
- Experience working with hydraulics and automotive air-conditioning systems will be highly regarded

**Salary**: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + super

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
