We are an industry leader in the mining and civil earthmoving industries with over 50 years’ experience and operate a large fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment across Australia. We take pride in our people, our safety culture and maintaining our equipment to a high standard.
The Maintenance Systems Support Advisor is responsible for the management of assets electronically within the CMMS program. Regular site-based machine audits are required to ensure data accuracy and all relevant safety, environmental, enterprise risk and legislative compliances are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Effectively manage the creation of assets and their related preventative maintenance policies and work order standard jobs.
- Execute the electronic relocation of assets and components from site-based based information systems.
- Update existing and historical policy systems to the latest pre-approved operational configurations.
- Assess user activity and report to the Business Improvement Manager if any personnel require further training requirements.
- Liaise with the safety team to ensure any changes to legislation compliances are incorporated into the maintenance strategy.
- Seamless interaction and integration with Maintenance Documentation department

Key requirements include:

- Trade qualified or strong mechanical background with demonstrated experience in heavy earth moving equipment
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in across a range of areas in mining or a similar industry
- Current driver licence
- Experience with automated software packages highly regarded
- Experience with SQL / VBA highly regarded
