**About The Role**

The Partnership Quality Coordinator is responsible for conducting audits of partnered organisations to ensure compliance under Trilogy Care’s service standards and the overarching Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission Standards.

We are seeking multiple, full-time applicants with customer service or case management experience who will champion our consumer-directed care approach, and provide ongoing support to consumers.

Experience in a health or aged care setting is desirable, but not necessary.

**Duties**
- **Schedule and perform periodic audits on partnered provider’s processes to ensure that duties are being performed in line with the expected quality standards (over Teams)**:

- **Perform administrative tasks relating to the audit processes**:

- **Maintain and update the CRM with detailed outcomes of each audit**:

- **Work closely with partnered providers and the Partnership Operations team if partners are not meeting the expected standards**:

- **Provide partnered organisations with information required for them to achieve compliance with Trilogy Care’s program.**:

- **Where possible, identify gaps in procedures and training, supporting the ongoing management and success of partnering with Trilogy Care**

**Salary & Benefits**
- **$60,000 - $65,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) + 10.5% super + performance bonuses**:

**Mandatory Requirements**
- **Current Federal Police Clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international Police Check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years**:
