**The Role**

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Trailer Technician to join our team. You’ll finish fuel tankers, build converter dollies, and contribute to a range of technical tasks in a fast-paced, varied environment. This is a full-time, permanent position based in West Gippsland.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience finishing fuel tankers or similar heavy vehicles
- Proficiency with power tools for assembly and fabrication
- Capability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and consistent work ethic
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team

**Desirable Skills (Advantageous but Not Essential)**
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG)
- Ability to run electrical looms and fit wiring systems
- Exposure to hydraulic or pumping systems
- Knowledge of Australian Design Rules (ADR) for heavy vehicles
- Experience with vehicle servicing or maintenance

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- body building: 1 year (preferred)
