**About the Program**

Over two years, you’ll complete six-monthly rotations within our Commercial & Personal Injury Insurance team, gaining hands-on experience across the full underwriting lifecycle. Rotations are structured to support you to:

- **Master underwriting**: assess, price, and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance products.
- **Build trusted relationships**: work with brokers and clients to negotiate and deliver tailored solutions.
- **See the bigger picture**: gain exposure to claims, legal, and other teams to understand the entire insurance value chain.
- **Grow your commercial acumen**: manage real-world portfolios, analyse risks, and contribute to strategic decisions.
- **Collaborate across Suncorp**: connect with experts to create smarter, customer-focused risk solutions.

**Who can apply?**
- Full working rights in Australia
- Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university
- Completed a minimum of bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade

**Preferred Degrees**:Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering (or related disciplines)
