Bottega Gelateria is an iconic South Australian small business which opened in 2019. We currently have two stores, Henley Beach and Glenelg and plan to expand. Our concept recalls the lost art of gelato making by dedicating our passion to preserving the true artisanship of old-world handcrafted gelato. We consider ourselves guardians of the old-world art - gelato. Gelato is an affordable luxury enjoyed by all. A moment of the day to self indulge, which makes it a happy place to be at. It's all about creating a joyous moment.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Hospitality experience
- People management experience
- HR experience an advantage but not essential
- Great communication and confidence in leading a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with an uplifting positive attitude
- Genuine passion for human interaction
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Consistent high level of customer service
- Creating team culture and motivate employees through your leadership
- Maintaining excellent store presentation at all times
- Interviewing & training new FOH employees
- Rostering
- Money handling
- stock control/ordering
- Daily store operations
**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
