CRM & Retention Lead

Temporary 10-12 week contract, looking for immediate start
- Reporting directly to the GM of Digital and working within a stellar team
- 3 Days onsite in Office + 2 days WFH

Short term contract role to work across two major Consumer Brands in the Food & Healthy-Living space, reporting directly to the GM of Digital and delivering high-impact win-back, retention & Loyalty strategies.

**The Role**:
Working across a high-performing portfolio of two brands, executing and delivering retention strategies for two major brands in the Consumer space, working across different audience segments & online channels.

**Essential Skills**:

- A solid background in CRM, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Retention Marketing - experience within subscription based business models would be a huge plus
- Strong knowledge of major CRM platforms such as SFMC, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze or similar
- The ability to work cross-functionally across the broader Marketing & Digital team, working alongside multiple stakeholders
- A strong data-driven focus, demonstrated ability to analyse trends and present to wider SLT members
- Previous experience within FMCG, Consumer or Retail sectors would be really advantageous
- Extensive AB Testing, Analytics & Reporting experience
