**The Role**
Due to consistent growth, we are looking to employ a
**Sheet Metal Fabricator**. Whilst your role may vary, you are typically tasked with the execution of fabrication works, safety measures, risk management and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
- General Fabrication works, assembly works
- Completing ITRs (electrical test sheets)
- Working from mechanical drawings
- Ensuring you have the correct resources to perform your tasks
- Design reviews and drawing mark-ups
- Supervising junior staff members and apprentices
- Responsible for compliance with OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork

**About You**
- Certificate III in Fabrication
- Prior sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing experience
- Extensive welding experience with TIG, MIG, Stick, and Oxy
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to appropriately delegate and prioritise tasks
- Excellent team working skills
