Hybrid WFH - NSW Based delivery

**NSW Government Services client is seeking a Learning Process/Workflow Specialist to develop a single triage solution for Learning Operations & Learning Systems users aligning**

**requests with correct service delivery teams**

**Key deliverables and experience/skill requirements.**
- Develop and document business processes/workflows driven by ticket categorisation, to enable logical and automated classification, triaging and allocation of user queries to relevant tier
- Process documentation to be performed using established process documenting standards, in approved process modelling tools
- Develop user request classification, triaging and allocation logic, driven by existing ticket analysis, that enables automation and self-service capabilities.
- Develop testing scenarios, with associated test scripts, to ensure developed solution meets the committed requirements
- Perform testing of the solution, using the documented test scenarios and scripts
- Business process modelling (ideally ARIS) or Visio,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
