Join IIA as a Specialist Process Analyst and help us transform the way we work. You will  lead enterprise-wide process optimisation by analysing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-ready solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver initiatives that boost productivity, reduce costs, and elevate performance.Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be: Create clear, accurate, and actionable process models using BPMN standards to support automation, operational change, and team training.Use advanced digital and AI-powered tools (e.g., Signavio, UiPath) to assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for improvement and automation.Lead collaborative sessions to design future-state processes, ensuring alignment with customer experience goals and strategic business outcomes.Convert process mining and data analytics into practical recommendations that enhance efficiency, resilience, and compliance.Partner with teams across the business to embed process changes, support system integration, and ensure successful communication and adoption.Integrate regulatory requirements and risk management into all process designs, maintaining standards and monitoring the impact of regulatory changes.This is a full time permanent opportunity based in major locations of Australia ideally Naarm (Melbourne) and Meanjin (Brisbane).About You     A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in process analysis, optimisation, or business transformation, ideally within insurance or other regulated industries.Advanced proficiency in process modelling and documentation using BPMN standards, coupled with strong business analysis capabilities.Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools such as Signavio, UiPath, or predictive analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions.Strong digital literacy and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret insights and present them effectively to senior stakeholders.Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), and Agile digital transformation.A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups around process change and strategic goals.Demonstrated ability to embed compliance, risk management, and climate resilience into process design and documentation.Experience in change management and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.​Applications close on  Thursday, 18  September 2025 at 23:59 AEST.Joining IAG you'll have access to:     5 myLeave days per year on top of annual leave     Work from home and other flexibility optionsCompassionate leave including Sorry Business, early pregnancy loss and extended family bereavement     Dedicated career growth programs, including the award-winning IAG Academy      Great employee network communities      *Employment type eligibility criteria apply ABOUT US​     As part of IAG you'll enjoy a world of career opportunities, a purpose-led place focused on creating connection and belonging, and where you can create meaningful impact every day and grow your career beyond the expected.
