Our client is an established accounting firm that made the move to Mt Waverley after 40 plus years in the Melbourne CBD, and is now looking to employ a key role in the business - the Personal Assistant to the Partners.

This role is a varied role that you wont get bored with, and changes depending on the business needs including a mix of PA, EA & Secretarial elements.

The role will also include:
**Duties & responsibilities**
- Diary Management - scheduling client meetings & seminars, liaising with clients, staff and external stakeholders,
- Client Liaison - acting as the first point of contact, answering queries, following up and requesting client information as required
- Workflow Management - maintain and stay on top of all incoming work and assisting of tasks as required, organising by priority,
- Preparation of client documentation - preparing letters, correspondence and compliance documentation
- Team Support - providing basic team assistance, word processing and excel spreadsheet preparation, database management, Australian Taxation Office & Australian Business Register lodgements, and ASIC documentation as required and establishment of Companies & Trusts,
- Liaising with other statutory authorities such as ATO, Corporate Affairs Victoria, State Revenue Office etc,
- Computer skills - Excel, Word, Adobe, MYOB and Xero, and
- Occasional sharing of reception and other duties - telephone, banking etc.

To be successful in the role:
**Skills & Experience**
- Personal assistance experience within an accounting firm is preferable, but not essential,
- Familiarity with ATO and ASIC procedures and documentation is essential,
- Excellent MS Office abilities, sound computer knowledge and skills,
- Professional presentation
- Must possess excellent communication and written skills and display professionalism and the ability to work autonomously
