**About the role**:
As Associate Principal at Right Lane, reporting to a Principal, you will be responsible for structuring projects, leading consulting workstreams, spearheading analysis and modelling, delivering reports and presentations, and facilitating interactions with senior executives and boards.

Right Lane is Australia’s first B Corp certified strategy consulting firm that helps private, not-for-profit and public sector clients to clarify and accelerate future plans. Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an associate principal to lead teams across the public sector, health sector and other sectors and collaborate with senior leaders to tackle their most complex and challenging problems.
**As part of this role you will**:
- work closely with executive teams and boards on their strategies, growth plans and organisational change programs
- oversee, manage, and deliver multi-workstream consulting engagements
- help colleagues to structure analysis and identify information sources, gather, and interpret data, and present findings
- develop deep client relationships
- facilitate workshops to help clients achieve their desired outcomes
- help develop new business and generate ideas for clients and the practice
- play a role in the firm’s reputation building program, including client knowledge sharing, media relations and conference speaking.
**To be successful at Right Lane you will have**:
- 5+ years of professional consulting experience and/or internal project/consulting experience in a strategic lead role
- preferably an MBA, Masters, or advanced degree in another related discipline
- experience in external communications, for example through public speaking and/or media relations
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- the ability to create and present content at the Board and Executive team level
- exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- the ability to adapt to working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
- demonstrated success working with competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
