**The Principal Project Officer ORMS Programs and Services will**:
Lead and coordinate the delivery of rehabilitation services for prisoners and offenders.Participate in the procurement of new rehabilitation services for prisoners and offenders.Develop and monitor systems to identify demand and outcomes achieved from new programs.Manage data collection, monitoring, evaluation and support to ensure high quality service provision.Provide practical support to staff and service providers in relation to the implementation and delivery of best-practice and culturally appropriate rehabilitation programs and services.Undertake liaison, consultation, discussion and negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders to support project and service delivery outcomes.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery, development of innovative and evidence-based solutions to offender and agency needs.Identify factors, trends and issues of a systemic nature and provide advice to management on rehabilitation programs and services to ensure continued alignment with evidence based best practice and agency priorities.Provide high level advice to the agency regarding delivery of rehabilitation programs and services.
