**About us**

Our client, a leading provider of services to the transport delivery industry requires Casual Freight Handlers to work in their busy team at Perth Airport Freight sorting various freight, manual handling of cargo, RF Scanning,
manual pallet wrapping and other similar duties. Offering highly competitive rates of pay and working pending on shift times with a wide range available. Available to start ASAP.

**About the role**

As a Freight handler you will be responsible for the following:

- Freight handling.
- Sorting parcels on conveyor belts.
- Movement of cargo within warehouse.
- RF Scanning.
- Pallet Wrapping.
- Loading/ Unloading trucks, trailers and containers.
- Manual lifting of cargo up to 25kgs.
- Following on health & safety procedures and regulations.

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Working Rights in Australia
- Previous experience handling cargo is _highly desirable._
- Previous RF Scanning experience is _highly desirable_.
- Ability to work Ad Hoc shifts.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to provide clean criminal history check (no more than 6 months old).
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kgs.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
