Our valued client are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries with a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution operating a modern contract bottling facility in the Ottoway. They are seeking an experienced Safety & Quality Coordinator to join their manufacturing facility.

**Responsibilities and duty of the role**:

- Quality and WH&S Performance Reporting - collect site information for quarterly WH&S reporting.
- Approved Supplier and Contractor Management Registers - maintain registers, supplier monitoring and administration.
- WH&S Inspections, GMP/GHP Inspections and Internal Audits - conduct &/or participate as required.
- HACCP Team and WH&S Committee - participate as a member of both teams.
- Assist and complete other compliance items and administrative functions, as required.
- Non-conformance (Quality) and Hazard & Incident (WH&S) Reports - monitor site registers and check reports are logged, actioned and updated by the relevant site manager/supervisor.
- System Documentation - document formatting, maintain the Document Control Register and record keeping.
- Implement, support, monitor and maintain WH&S, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- Data entry & monthly / annual trending, as needed.
- Deputy for Quality Coordinator for unannounced third-party audits.

**Skills & Qualifications required**:

- Knowledge of QHS&E requirements
- Appropriate attitude towards WH&S and Quality and a willingness to contribute to the promotion of a positive culture throughout the site;
- Knowledge in safe work practices, WHS&E legislation, and standards

.Food/Beverage industry, WH&S &/or BRC experience highly regarded
- Provide high level of customer service and follow through with project deliverables
- The ability to work in a team and maintain good time management skills whilst showing a high standard of initiative
