About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time HSQE Compliance Auditor to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a semi-retired or part-time professional with strong experience in auditing and ISO systems management within the construction industry.

You'll play a key role in maintaining Beek Build's Integrated Management System and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO Environment), and ISO Health & Safety) standards. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you'll conduct audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and help strengthen our culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal HSQE site audits across Beek Build projects.
  • Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems.
  • Identify non-conformances and oversee corrective actions.
  • Support external certification audits and compliance reviews.
  • Lead risk-management initiatives and assist in developing SWMS.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to management.
  • Promote a proactive safety and quality culture across all teams.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in construction auditing and ISO system management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of WHS, quality and environmental legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and communication skills.
  • Passionate about compliance, governance, and continual improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage flexible part-time hours.
  • Experience with Procore, HammerTech or similar systems (advantageous).
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
