**Join the Leible Coffee Team - Experienced Barista Wanted**

Leible Coffee is seeking a skilled and dedicated Barista to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment, where attention to detail, consistency, and customer service excellence are highly valued. As a Barista, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing workflow, and ensuring an exceptional coffee experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare batch brews and filter coffees to a high standard.
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality and presentation.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Organize and distribute coffee orders efficiently.
- Ensure the café remains clean, well-presented, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor customer orders and manage wait times effectively.
- Adhere to established recipes to maintain consistency in coffee shots.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Regularly clean group heads and handles between service periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to quality.

**Position Details**
- **Benefits**: Employee discount, free drinks, and complimentary food
- **Schedule**: Day shifts, including weekends, Monday to Friday, rotating roster
- **Supplementary Pay**: Penalty rates apply
- **Experience Requirements**:

- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- **Work Authorization**: Must be eligible to work in Australia

Pay: $29.33 - $58.66 per hour
