Production Team Leader

About the role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Leader will provide operational leadership, organisation and support to the afternoon shift team. As a highly skilled communicator, you will engage, coach and lead teams in the manufacturing environment to achieve production goals and targets on a daily basis. Your hands on style will proactively drive and motivate the team, while developing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, high quality standards and safety.
