**About The Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to work with our Compliance and Carrier Performance team. You will be responsible for managing the carrier performance process and monitor and report on CoR, Food safety and DG compliance across our carrier network.

This role will support our carriers and our Operations team in ensuring high levels of performance across agreed service levels and compliance. You will be our CoR and compliance champion and will also be focused on educating our carriers on how to get the best out of our technology. You will monitor and ensure compliance with our CoR system and audit program. You will be conducting claims and CoR investigations with the support of our external CoR partner/consultant.

You will also be involved in ad-hoc projects to support our continued strive towards sustainability and social impact goals which involves our extensive carrier network.

**Your skillset**:

- Previous road transport experience is required - 5 years
- Experience in CoR and compliance, investigations, audits and food safety/DG
- Experience working for a carrier and/or managing carrier sub-contractors
- A strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong organisation skill and the ability to manage multiple and conflicting stakeholder priorities
- Commitment to driving sustainable freight practices
- Understanding of contract terms and compliance
- Previous claims management experience is desirable
- Data driven reporting and decision making is required
- You are passionate about the industry and solving challenges in the supply chain space
- You have a strong sense of ownership, tenacity and commitment
