The **Head of Community and Partnerships** is an exciting new position at St Hilda’s School reporting directly to the Principal as a member of our Senior Leadership Team. Our Head of Community and Partnerships will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships and fostering collaboration between the school, its community, and external partners. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to engage parents, local, national and international organisations, businesses and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience through community engagement and partnership development.

**The principal emphasis of this role is on the following duties**:

- Alumni (Old Girls’ Association)
- St Hilda’s Foundation
- Corporate and Educational Partnerships
- Marketing and Branding
- Parent Support Groups and Volunteers
- International Experiences
- School and Foundation Events
