**About the Role**
- Salary: $64,000 - $68,000 (based on experience)
- Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
- Location: Rouse Road, Gilberts, Mandurah
- Trading Hours: Typically 6:15 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week

As a Duty Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to:

- Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations
- Meet sales targets while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist in staff training and coordination

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has hospitality or retail leadership experience
- Thrives in busy, fast-moving environments
- Brings a positive, customer-first attitude
- Demonstrate strong communication
