Gnc New Graduate

At GNC we have a dedicated new graduate program that aims to support you in the early stages of your career as a health professional. Throughout your first 12 months, you will be empowered with all the resources, facilities, mentoring and professional development to be supported every step of the way.

You will receive training and work with our world-class assistive technology including Saebo Equipment, FES Bike, Balance Master, VR System, Eye Gaze, Reformers, Pressure Mapping, BiSSKit swallowing software and more

You will work alongside a team of supportive allied health and admin team members rather than being by yourself in the community. We truly have some of the most outstanding leaders in their disciplines that you can learn from.

**Our graduate program consists of one graduate from each of the following professions**:

- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Pathology
- Physiotherapy
- Exercise Physiology

We are currently hiring Graduate Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists.

- Your graduate program will be specifically tailored to you to ensure you meet your goals and hone in on your skills to skyrocket your confidence as a practitioner.
- Dedicated skills development within each discipline
- We offer a $1000 professional development allowance to be used on external PD on top of the fantastic internal programs we offer.
- Lots of mentoring to help you feel supported
- Weekly mentoring from a Senior Therapist every week.
- Shadowing team members and completing joint sessions is encouraged to help develop your clinical skills.
- Our unique clinic environment provides great opportunities for co-treatment with other therapists as another way to develop your skills. The clinic is highly motivating and it’s guaranteed you will finish your day inspired by other clinicians and clients.
- Dedicated Team Room facilities to allow for you to complete your non-client facing duties in a productive and welcoming environment

You will be buddied up with a peer mentor to further make you feel supported and part of the GNC team

**The Crux - what you really want to know**
- Clinical Excellence Indicators - let’s start slowly (We understand there is a lot to learn in the first six to twelve months, therefore, we support you to complete professional development, shadowing and independent learning within your weeks.)
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Salary position (with contributions for professional development)
