Responsibilities Include:

- Engaging in open and effective communication with clients, fluently conversing in Samoan and English
- Providing tailored support to individuals with high complex physical, mental, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) requirements
- Collaborating with families on the spectrum to ensure comprehensive support
- Facilitating social, recreational, and employment-related activities
- Assisting with personal care, domestic duties, and mobility support
- Offering emotional support, companionship, and transportation assistance

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess or be willing to obtain:

- Advanced Diploma in Community Sector (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and International Police Check if applicable
- Own your vehicle with Full comprehensive insurance
- Minimum of 2 years experience in high complex physical, mental, and ASD needs
