**The Role**

As a Lead Internal Auditor, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing financial and operational controls across Origin. Reporting to the Head of Audit, you’ll conduct a variety of audits, uncover insights, and influence key decisions. In this hands-on role, every day brings fresh challenges, from risk assessments to collaborating with senior leaders and co-source providers. You will also;
- Lead internal audits that drive real change and business improvement.
- Identify risks and control gaps, delivering meaningful recommendations.
- Leverage data analytics to provide powerful insights.
- Engage with senior management, ensuring audits add real value.
- Simplify complex findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Enhance risk management and assurance activities across the business.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will show a collaborative approach to internal audit and partner effectively with the business and each function. You will have a continuous improvement mindset. You will also have:

- 5+ years’ of demonstrated experience in internal audit, risk, or consulting within large organisations or professional services.
- Relevant certification (CA, CPA, CIA, Engineering, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with an eye for operational efficiencies.
- Experience simplifying technical content for senior stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation, risk management, and process improvement.
