**Internal Expression of Interest: Patient Minding Supervisor**
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a **Patient Minding Supervisor**at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of the Patient Minding service, ensuring a safe and professional environment for both patients and staff. The position reports to the Security Manager.
**This is a Full-time position working Monday - Friday. 0600 am - 1406 pm**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Patient Minding service, ensuring safety and compliance with client expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team of Patient Minders, ensuring they are properly trained and confident in their duties.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clinical staff and service providers.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating concerns as needed to ensure the safety of staff and patients.
- Ensure all administrative duties, including time sheet data entry and reporting, are completed accurately and promptly.
**Experience and Personal Attributes**:
- Proven supervisory experience in security or operational services (must hold a SA Security Licence)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- A positive and flexible approach to change, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
