Caring Hearts Home Care is excited to welcome dedicated, compassionate, and motivated NDIS Support Workers to join our vibrant and growing team. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high quality, person centred support to NDIS participants, empowering them to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, meal preparation, household routines, community access, appointments, and meaningful social activities. You will play an important role in helping clients develop skills, achieve their goals, and enhance their overall quality of life, while maintaining accurate documentation and upholding NDIS Practice Standards and professional boundaries. We are seeking individuals with a warm, positive attitude who either hold or are willing to obtain relevant qualifications, along with a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and ideally a driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.95 – $40.60 per hour
