Are you a passionate people person who enjoys partnering with the business to achieve success? **Feros Care** are excited to be hiring a **HR Business Partner** to join our People Experience Team and work as a strategic business partner within our business.

This is a full time, maternity leave contract offered on a 12-month basis (with the possibility of extension/renewal beyond this) based in our Coolangatta office (whilst also enjoy working from home 1 or 2 days a week).

**The Role**:

- Provide coaching, guidance and advice to leaders and employees on people related matters, whilst influencing key business decisions to ensure effective outcomes
- Diagnose, identify, develop, implement, and evaluate practical HR and cultural solutions
- Engage with managers to build on their capability in confidently leading and managing their people
- Collect and share information to ensure that business themes and metrics in relation to people matters, risks and opportunities are identified, reported, and considered for future strategies

**About You**:

- Broad generalist HR background experience (including employee relations and legislation interpretation)
- Ability to coach and mentor and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and workplace investigation
- Strong ethical approach ensuring trust, discretion and confidentiality are upheld
- Tertiary qualification in a HR or Business discipline (or similar)
