Redbank Plains State School is a complex school in Ipswich. The primary focus of this role is in classrooms working alongside our teachers to support the next steps of our guided reading program. You will be supporting teachers in the development of their reading programs, data analysis and providing professional development opportunities in addition to participating in reading groups with teachers. You will also be providing professional development across the school in reading from individual, small group to whole of staff.
