Our supporting portfolio of brands includes Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, atomica, Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice, Clear Skincare Clinics, InstantScripts, SILK Laser Clinics & SISU Health.

**About us**:
Wesfarmers Health includes over 70 company-owned Priceline stores, 400+ Priceline pharmacy franchise stores, 89 Clear Skincare clinics and our most recently launched beauty retail brand atomica. In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. During this year, they also became majority stakeholder of digital health company, SISU Health. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

This role will join the national Priceline Corporate Store team which comprises of 70 company-owned Priceline stores and soon to be, four atomica retail stores.

This is a growth opportunity as we prepare to transform the accessible beauty customer experience in Australia, this role will report to the State Manager VIC/TAS/SA.

**What you’ll do**:
As SA Regional Manager, you'll be at the **heart of our Corporate Store leadership team**, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our store network. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and drive change across a dynamic and diverse range of stores, creating a lasting impact on both performance and culture. You’ll take the reins in fostering a high-performance team environment, ensuring that your teams are not only motivated but empowered to deliver exceptional results across the network. With your leadership, we’ll exceed sales targets, implement trade plans seamlessly, and create an environment that champions safety and operational excellence.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience leading retail stores in a Regional or Area Manager role for 2+ years
- Experience in speciality beauty retail highly desirable
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and financial goals
- Experience balancing the management of store wage targets while maintaining a high level of customer focus in roster planning
- Skilled in fostering a high-performance culture, focusing on quality, service, and team engagement
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles and in-store presentation
- Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative solutions within a complex environment
- Ability to travel across SA, holding a valid drivers license, with regional and metro-based stores apart of the portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field would be highly regarded
