**About the role**

The role will develop the Digital Engineering strategy and implement Digital principles and workflows across UGL Projects.
- Interfacing between State DE teams and DE teams from other packages to assess compliance and alignment as well as develop project strategies and innovation
- Manage coordination and clash detection
- Provide technical support to the latest versions of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Lead, coach and mentor a culture in your team that fosters innovation

**About You**
- 10 + years’ management experience at a senior level in the engineering consulting or construction industry in major infrastructure or building services environments
- Expert level experience in Revit and Navisworks, with moderate AutoCAD skills and desirable experience with Dynamo and Programming
- Experienced with metadata
- Must have an Australian Drivers License
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
