Customer Service Manager

**Your Contribution**:
- Serves as first point of contact for customers and maintains sustainable relationships with them
- Processes customer orders and clarifies technical feasibility incl. new product specifications, cost, delivery dates and payment/ delivery conditions with the responsible interface departments
- Creates, maintains and monitors customer orders in ERP system and informs customers and sales team if commitments cannot be met
- Supports in client negotiations ensuring to meet client expactions and business needs
- Handles customer complaints in cooperation with the competent internal authorities
- Plans and executes initiatives to reduce delivery times, improvement of order processing and increase of flexibility
- Develops, monitors and reports relevant KPI
- Supports Sales and Project Management Team as needed
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, customer service or similar
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Customer and service orientated mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Structured and highly organized
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP System (Netsuite)
