The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) is seeking a highly energised and dynamic leader to join our team as the Head of People and Culture for an 18 month fixed term contract

This is a hands-on role with a responsibility for developing a positive, customer focused and high-performance workplace culture that is aligned with the Museum
- s mission, vision, and supports accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the Australian Public Sector (Federal/Commonwealth).
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary, best-practice approaches to people management including industrial relations, employment relations, performance management, and learning and development practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing, developing and motivating a team with a variety of skill sets and experience.
