We are seeking driven and vibrant Fund Administrators to join our Benefits, Contributions and Operations Support teams in Wollongong, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane These roles are primarily responsible for processing inbound and outbound member transactions for our Superannuation clients.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Processing member account updates, new member set ups, benefit payments, simple contributions, annual statements and cheques-
- Workflow Actioning of workflow documents- User Acceptance testing on behalf of operations teams as required- Data analysis and reporting from time to time- Implementing process improvements
