**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Junior Leasing Executive, you’ll be providing comprehensive development of transaction management for ATM’s and properties within the designated portfolio.
Working with our reputable, national banking client, you’ll be managing transaction reporting, data integrity and supporting the paralegal team. You’ll also play a pivotal part in assisting with the management of the client endorsed budget and associated reporting.

**An Overview of the role**:
Negotiation of ATM and Retail Branch Lease transactions
Gather market evidence as part of deal recommendations
Assist with management and execution of property and leasing services including commercial performance, client liaison and budget control
Secure lease and incentive for client for all lease renewals, relocations and refurbishments
Implementation of strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcome for the client
Provide and review information, which is sent to the Lease Administrator, ensuring data accuracy
Develop and manage client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded
Prepare regular reports within specific timeframes, detailing property status and performance including recommendations on lease negotiations
Maintain key relationships with landlords to ensure awareness of opportunities in the market

Tertiary Qualifications from an applicable field is preferred
Retail Leasing experience would be advantageous however not a necessity
Real Estate Licence/Sub Agent Licence
Strategic thinker
Capable of managing competing concurrent tasks within tight deadlines
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong financial acumen, enabling accurate and informative reporting
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
