As an ICT technician, you will be required to collaborate with other team members and provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to their students, teachers and other internal users, manage their assets including printers, manage mobile devices, deploy / configure laptops and other devices for students and teachers, provide Audio Visual support for meetings and classrooms. You will work closely with their Service Manager and team leaders to improve the quality of services within the department.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Support - Level 1 and Level 2
- Previous experience in Mac OS
- Previous experience in MS Teams and Google Workspace
- Previous experience in laptop deployment, printer support, mobile device management, Audio Visual support
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in working in a school environment is advantageous
- Permanent residency or Citizenship in Australia
