**Role Overview**:
As a Commercial Loss Adjuster, you will play a critical role in our claims management process for commercial clients. You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, assessing complex damages, and providing accurate and timely settlement recommendations. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, analysing policy terms, and ensuring the equitable resolution of claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead comprehensive investigations into commercial insurance claims, unravelling intricate details to determine the extent of losses.
- Engage closely with business owners, legal experts, engineers, and other specialists to compile relevant information.
- Analyse complex policy terms and conditions, interpreting coverage applicability accurately.
- Generate detailed, in-depth reports outlining the findings of your investigations and assessments.
- Estimate and evaluate losses, encompassing property damage, business interruption, liability, and more.
- Strategically negotiate with high-level claimants, policyholders, and legal representatives to achieve optimal settlements.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the realm of commercial loss adjustment.
- Uphold superior client relations through timely, professional, and informative communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Proven track record of 2+ years as a Commercial Loss Adjuster or in a comparable claims role.
- Advanced understanding of commercial insurance policies, coverage nuances, and contractual agreements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, particularly in complex scenarios.
- Detail-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple intricate cases concurrently.
- Exceptional communication prowess, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and claims management tools.
- Applicable certifications or qualifications.
