Start Your Career in Loss Adjusting – Full Training Provided

Kickstart your career in loss adjusting with full support and training from industry experts. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn everything needed to become a confident and capable digital loss adjuster.

About the Role

As a Digital Adjuster, you'll be part of a collaborative team using innovative technology to assess and manage property claims. You'll be trained to:

  • Perform digital adjusting using field and digital tools

  • Investigate the cause and extent of loss and determine policy coverage

  • Communicate proactively with clients and customers about findings and solutions

  • Calculate repair or replacement costs and review scopes of work

  • Deliver an exceptional claims experience through teamwork and customer focus

About You

We're looking for someone who's ready to learn and grow:

  • Experience in a corporate support role (insurance experience a plus)

  • Passionate about customer service and helping others

  • Quick learner with an interest in technology

  • Committed to completing a professional industry qualification (e.g. ANZIIF)

  • A team player who can also work independently
