Who is TeamKids? TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Beveridge VIC, 3753

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: BSC: 7am-9am, ASC: 3pm-6pm
- Total hours: 25

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Play and have FUN with primary school-aged children.
- Support with ensuring your program is in compliance according to industry regulations.

The Successful Candidate:

Ideally, you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are still a big kid at heart You're a confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude. You're passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. You're energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN

You have a relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
