At Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre, Hertford Park we value the care and development of every individual child. Our programs lay a strong foundation in literacy, arts, music, sport, and numeracy, while also nurturing each child's love of learning through experiences such as yoga, meditation, and technology.

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, play-based learning program that inspires curiosity, creativity and confidence in our kindergarten children.


About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

  • Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate play-based programs guided by the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and the National Quality Standards the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Observe and assess children's learning to plan and adapt experiences that support their individual growth and development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Collaborate with a professional and supportive team to continually improve teaching practice and program quality.
  • Participate in professional development and reflective practice to support ongoing growth.

About You

We are looking for a confident, reflective and committed educator who brings both professionalism and passion to their role. You will have:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher or minimum 3 years' as a Lead Educator
  • Willing to obtain a police check
  • Available Monday to Friday
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Strong knowledge of the VEYLF, and NQS
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement a high-quality educational program
  • A collaborative and positive approach, with excellent communication skills
