**Your role in a nutshell**:
Coordinate administrative, operational and analytical functions to bring our marketing campaigns to life for the Australian & NZ markets.

**Key Job Accountabilities**:
**Campaign Planning**
- Manage Event Planning meeting invites and updates of new business joiners
- Coordinate meeting presentations for Event Activation Packs & Toolkits
- Coordinate cross-functional input into retail launch packs, post campaign reports, global reporting requests, etc amongst key stakeholders
- Assist with agency brief development (creative, media & PR inputs)
- Assist with planning & briefing brand collaborations to drive buzz & consideration and recruit new customers
- Organise media and influencer product send outs

**Activations**
- Assist with planning and management of phased marketing plan and tactical investment for store openings, top 10 stores, model store rollouts, etc
- Assist with planning and management of database recruitment incentives & member engagement activities (ie surprise & delight, GWPs, VIP events etc)
- Assist with event planning, briefing & execution for consumer events
- Manage promotional requirements (ie briefing of t-shirts, GWP initiatives, Tote Bags, etc) for all activations
- Coordinate internal product orders for all marketing activities, including PR, influencers & retail store promotions

**BME Samples (Retail & At Home Channels)**
- Assist with quarterly ordering for: core samples, NPD samples, (as required), deluxe samples (as required),PR samples, staff NPD gifts
- Coordinate distribution of samples to retail stores, PR agency, etc
- Manage samples SOH in warehouse
- Manage store opening sample requirements & distribution
- Manage annual sample budget allocation as directed

**Customer Data**
- Manage and prepare brand metric reporting (i.e. event ROI review, media campaign analysis, brand impressions, SOV, etc.) including support for budget holders
- Coordinate loyalty club sign up data from key stakeholders and provide analysis to inform future activation plans
- Summarise half yearly research reports from external suppliers (eg Beauty Update)

**Reporting**
- Prepare Monthly Business Review updates on behalf of Brand & Activism team (eg key activity analysis, brand dashboard metrics, marketing P&L analysis, etc)
- Prepare weekly Trade Meeting updates on behalf of Brand & Activism team (working with key stakeholders to present key updates from week prior)
- Prepare weekly competitor analysis

**Budget Support**
- Reconcile month end marketing budget in coordination with Finance, Brand & Digital teams (eg tracking spend against actualised budget and re-phasing investment in consultation with budget holders)
- Manage monthly budget meeting minutes and distribute to key budget stakeholders
- Assist with brand budget forecast submissions
- Liaise with Finance Team as required for alignment

**PO Management**
- Manage PO process as per key accountabilities & provide support for brand team as required
- Oversee management of PO tracker

**General Admin**
- Support brand team as required
- Postage & courier management
- Internal PR product ordering and stockroom management

**What we look for**:
**Experience**:

- Experience working in related field - marketing / brand essential
- Experience working with external agencies (ie creative / media) essential
- Experience in managing projects and timelines essential
- Experience working across omni-channel functions desirable

**Competencies required**:

- Competent use of suite of Microsoft Office programs
- Social Media channel competencies (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest)
