**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all billing for the DMSS Contract and relevant subcontracts. You will also be required to manage continuous improvement of billing process and procedures, enhance quality control checks, maintain contractual pricing tables and ensure all billing is fully supportable and delivered within the agreed timeframes. As the Billing Coordinator you will be required to oversee the entire billing process and be the first point of contact for all billing enquiries.

- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Ability to communicate and challenge at all levels with good written, verbal and reporting skills.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Pertinent experience in finance and administration, with a strong understanding of invoicing, purchasing and handling of customer disputes.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and ensure contractual billing requirements are met.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with the reliability to meet deadlines and commitments.
- SAP knowledge and experience desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business-related discipline desirable
- Currently hold or are able to obtain a baseline clearance
