**Role**
We're currently seeking an HSE Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone in the early stages of their career, with at least a year - 2 years experience, and a desire to grow and develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment. Reporting to the National QSE Manager, you'll help maintain and improve HSE systems, provide training, and conduct internal site audits. Your strong soft skills and adaptability will be key in this diverse role. Salary banding is ~$80,000 + Super

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Train staff in accordance with risk management requirements.
- Undertake internal site audits to support the internal HSE compliance program.
- Assist in responding to tenders on safety, quality, and environmental matters.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE related metrics.
- Support Emergency Management and Incident Management.
- Assist in the development of HSE and risk management policy and procedure framework.

**Key Elements**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HSE Coordinator.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial sector is desirable.
- Minimum of Cert IV in WHS required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent soft skills, including communication and adaptability.
