**Your next career opportunity**
As a Grants Officer at the Robert Cripps Institute for Cultural Conservation, you'll play a crucial role in advancing pioneering research to safeguard global cultural heritage. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside world-class researchers, identifying funding opportunities and crafting compelling proposals. Your expertise will directly contribute to addressing pressing challenges in cultural conservation, from climate-related disasters to global conflicts.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Drive Grant Success: Identify funding opportunities, develop proposals, and provide comprehensive post-award support for various grant programmes.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Monitor and maintain adherence to University and external guidelines, policies, and systems for grant schemes.
- Contribute to Strategic Communications: Craft compelling copy for Institute reports, highlighting grant performance and research impact.
- Foster Key Relationships: Assist in maintaining crucial internal and external partnerships to support the Institute's mission.
**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a skilled professional with a strong understanding of the university research funding environment, possessing excellent writing abilities, verbal communication skills, and a passion for cultural conservation.
**You may also**:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as communications, professional writing, conservation, or heritage.
- Have a proven track record in grant writing and producing timely content in a similar environment.
- Possess an understanding of grant agreement management processes in a university setting.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex, deadline-driven workloads.
- Excel in written and oral communication, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
