A key part of our operations is the exceptional customer service we provide to our clients and we're on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator, based at our Sydney Warehouse, located in Alexandria.

Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone.
- Able to resolve conflict effectively
- Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Managing stock to ensure customer lead times are minimised and stock is allocated efficiently
- A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working autonomously
